Throughout her career, Charlene has completed numerous certifications, including those in the Freedom of Information and Data Protection Acts, records management, and mediation, further enhancing her regulatory acumen.

With over a decade of experience as a dedicated regulator, Charlene excels in conducting thorough reviews and managing complex appeals under tight deadlines. She is skilled in authoring comprehensive reports and developing actionable recommendations that enhance regulatory effectiveness.
